We make an effort to gather as little personal data from ICB Wallet users as possible. When you contact us for help, report a bug or other error relating to ICB Wallet, or engage with us on social media, we may ask for your contact information, such as your phone number or email address (depending on how you contact us). We handle PUBLIC wallet accounts that you create with ICB Wallet when you use our services.

DO WE DISCLOSE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION TO THIRD PARTIES?

Our company depends heavily on information about our users, but we are not in the business of selling that information to third parties. As some ICB Wallet features depend on different third-party products and services (collectively "Third Party Services"), we may transfer personal data to our service providers or third parties in connection with the operation of our business. We will deliver your copy electronically in response to your request. We reserve the right to charge you for any further entry requests. We are unable to delete this personal data because wallet addresses generated by the ICB Wallet program cannot be removed from the Ethereum blockchain. You can ask ICBWallet to only process your personal data under specific conditions, such as with your consent, by requesting that the processing of your data be restricted. RETENTION OF DATA

Please be aware that we may continue to keep some of the information you have provided to us in order to maintain ICB Wallet or to comply with the rules and laws to which ICB Wallet is subject, even if you delete your wallet or addresses from the ICB Wallet mobile application, uninstall ICB Wallet mobile applications from your device, or request that your information be deleted. SECURITY OF DATA

We are dedicated to protecting your information in accordance with relevant legal requirements and our data protection policies. CHILDREN

When it comes to children's information, we are particularly sensitive. Children are not the intended audience for our services, and in order to use them, a user must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
